Archers needs significant stamina and upper body and core strength to pull the bow and keep the bow steady while aiming, thus archery develops physical strength.

Archers with ADHD, etc. not only improve their concentration, but they learn discipline and patience. Archery offers great satisfaction in combining both physical and mental skill. Whatever the final results are, each archer can draw some mental satisfaction from overcoming a personal battle.


5. What clothes do you wear in Archery?

You want to wear clothes that are comfortable.  What is important to always wear closed shoes that are comfortable as you will be standing a lot.

Archery is one of the safest sports. We follow basic safety rules for before, during and after you shoot.  According to the National Safety Council’s (USA) statistics, archery is more than three times safer than golf.
